About this role:

A universal technician is responsible for maintaining a working partnership with; commercial properties, homeowners, and property managers. A universal technician is responsible for maintaining the high standards we set in the industry. A universal technician is responsible for the removal, replacement, and treatment of damaged wood members.  These services include but are not limited to; painting, applying termiticides to wood and soil, removal and replacement of wood members damaged by fungi, molds, weather, and wood destroying insects. 

Job requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:

  1.     A background in construction and home repair. Must be proficient in the use of small power tools and removal and replacement of wood members.

  2.     The ability to obtain and maintain an Applicators license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board.

  3.     The ability to; read, write, learn, and communicate in English effectively.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Use of Hands, Fingers, Standing, Walking, Sitting, Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Communicating, Smelling, Lift and Carry 25 lbs.  You must be able to work safely while standing on ladders of different sizes.
