Termite Sales Los Angeles at Payne Pest Management


We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Sales team as a Termite Sales representative in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our termite and pest control services to residential and commercial clients in the Los Angeles area.


  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
  • Conduct inspections and provide clients with customized termite and pest control solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Structural Pest Control Board Field Representative Branch 2 + 3 License
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of termite and pest control products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Los Angeles market and customer base
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
